Change Of Heart

A prayer that I would allow God's Word, His hand, and His love... to change me.

Never let me wander,
Be turned by doubt or fear.
But on my knees, I call to Thee,
You wipe away each tear.

Peel away the layers
Of anger, shame and pride.
My heart to be, restored to Thee,
That I would never hide.

You know my every weakness,
Each fault I would deny.
Enter in, let change begin,
Your truth expose the lie.

Enter in, let change begin,
That I would learn to fly.
Enter in, let change begin,
That I would testify.
Enter in, let change begin,
Your name to glorify.

Hebrews 4:12-13 For the word of God is living and active... it judges the thoughts and
attutudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight.
Matthew 18:2-4 He called a little child and had him stand among them. And He said, "I
tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter
the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself  like this child
is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven."
Isaiah 57:15 For this is what the high and lofty One says - He who lives forever, whose
name is holy: "I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in
spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.
Joel 2:13 "Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for He
is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love,"
