A Servant's Heart

Proverbs 22:6  Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.
1 John 5:2  This is how we know that we love the children of God;
by loving God and carrying out His commands.

Each precious heart, by faith would start
To know that Jesus cares.
Many souls believing,
That God would answer prayers.

To find the ones, both strong and wise,
With love enough to shine.
To teach the Word, His love be heard,
Their hearts to intertwine.

A servant's heart... to serve the King,
That little ones would praise and sing;
To teach the children everywhere,
We serve a God, who answers prayer.

That not one tiny soul be lost,
That they would know Who paid the cost,
These servants give their time and love,
That all would know their God above.

Before them lies the journey,
With love enough to share.
A path made clear, and always near,
The One who answers prayer.
